 Q. How do I access the Aquatica settings box

  • From the desktop, double-click the shortcut 'Aquatica Settings'

  • Or From the Start menu, choose 'Aquatica Settings' from 
    (Start >Program Files > Aquatica 3)

  • Or From the Windows Control Panel, 
    (Start menu > Settings > Control Panel > Display)
    choose the 'Screen Saver' tab. With Aquatica 3 selected, click the Settings button.

  • Settings are saved when you click the OK button. Choose Cancel to exit without saving.

 Q. Where do I set the screen saver password

  • From the Display Control Panel
    (Start menu > Settings > Control Panel > Display)
    choose the 'Screen Saver' tab
    Then press the Password button.

 Q. I have a registered copy of Aquatica, but I do not have a user name and password to access the members area

  • You will find the the user name and password for the members area in your registration email. If you have lost your registration details, email us and send us your name, email address and date of purchase. We will email the details again.

 Q. I just received my registration code and it is not working

  • The registration code is for version 3.02 and 3.03. If you have an earlier version of Aquatica download version 3.02 before entering the registration details. Type in both the registration name and registration code as it appears in the email, including upper, lower case letters, spaces and dashes-. You can copy and paste these details directly from the registration email. 
    Please note: registration codes do not contain any numbers.

 Q.  I have purchased Aquatica but I have not received my registration code

  • Our new system will send you a registration code email when your card has been approved. In most cases you should receive this immediately. We have to process some credit cards manually, please allow up to 48 hours. If you have not received your registration email please contact us.

 Q.  When I tried to install aquatica on my computer I get a message that says it can only run in high color or true color

  • Aquatica requires that your display is set to high or true color. The colors can be set from:
    Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display > Settings
    set the colors to either high (16 Bit) or True (24/32 Bit). Please note Aquatica will not run in 256 color mode.

 Q.  I have downloaded new fish and backgrounds but they do not appear in my screen saver

  • Download the fish to your preferred location on your computer E.G. save them to your desktop. When the file has finished downloading, click on the file you have downloaded and it will install to Aquatica.

 Q. I haven't received my software in the mail

  • We will send you the registration code by email this will unlock the evaluation version of Aquatica. We do not send the software by postal mail.
