On-screen messaging
On-screen messaging allows text messages to be created and displayed
on screen. Your messages will appear on the Aquatica scenery.
Aquatica Internet messaging:
Send messages to other Aquatica screen
savers on the Internet.
Internet messaging will send your text message over the Internet and
display your message on other Aquatica users scenery. You can
specify a list of people you wish to send to.
You can send screen saver messages to friends, colleagues
and clients that have Aquatica installed.

Creating
a personal message
You can display text messages to
the Aquatica scenery when you are away from your computer.

Open the Aquatica settings
box. |
|
Click on the Message window
and type in your message. |
|
|
The Personal message option must be checked for the messages to display.
Your message will appear the next time Aquatica is active.

To Create an
Internet Message Channel
You can send messages to other
Aquatica screen savers on the Internet. Creating a message channel
allows your recipients screen saver to receive and display your
messages. The message channel is where you specify the text you
would like displayed on your visitors screens and specify the people
who can view your messages. The recipients you specify will receive
an email with your channel ID. You can create
an Internet channel online.

Open the Aquatica settings box |
|
Click on the Message tab |
|
Click on the Message Group button and enter the
Group ID you have received in your group welcome email. |

Press the Update Now button |
|
|
The Internet
and Network message option must be checked for the messages to display. |

To
Display the System Message
If you would like to test
Internet messaging, you can display the default system message.

Click on the Message tab |

Select the Internet button |
|
Click on the Message Group button and
press the system message group button |
|
Press the Update Now button |
|
Press Preview to see your messages |
